hedo (“we”, “us”) operates hedo.cam. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you use our website and order lenticular prints.
Information we collect. When you sign in, we store your email address and account data needed to provide the service. When you upload a photo, we process and store it to generate your lenticular preview and fulfill print orders. Payment and shipping details are handled by Stripe; we receive order status and shipping address as needed to fulfill your order.
How we use it. We use your information to authenticate you, generate previews, process orders, ship prints, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & deletion. You may delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes access to your data subject to records we must keep for legal or payment purposes.

Service. Hedo provides free online preview generation and optional purchase of physical lenticular prints. Preview availability and daily generation limits may change.

Orders & payments. Print orders are paid through Stripe. Prices and sizes are shown at checkout. Once production begins, refunds may not be available except where required by law or at our discretion for defective products.
Disclaimer.The service is provided “as is”. We strive for quality previews and prints but do not guarantee that every upload will produce ideal results.
Changes. We may update these terms or our privacy practices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
